My name is Julia. I was born in a small town bordering Kazakhstan, which is usually called a province in Russia. It’s a town where Europe and Asia are divided by a river. It means that you can get from Europe to Asia in 20 minutes. I suppose, it left a certain imprint on my consciousness since childhood and I always believed deep in my heart that there's "a bridge between Europe and Asia". I call it belief in the best, some people call it faith in God, others may call it self-confidence. One such gift in my life was my family. In Russia it's called a dysfunctional family or a risk group. And I was grew up feeling I was in "a risk group". And maybe this "risk" allowed me to cross "the bridge from Europe to Asia". My parents were always a good example of this crossing, but their "Asia" was full of pain, suffering, detachment from the world and all possible drama of our lives. And only heroin let them remember that "Europe" exists too.
The situation seemed hopeless. The 90s were difficult years for the country, Russia was in it's own crossing. The economic situation in the country wasn't easy, so was life for many citizens. But books, knowledge, a hardworking and creative attitude became my "Asia". I was especially inspired by tales of people of the world, travelers' stories, myths, legends, sayings, religious beliefs of different nations, books in languages I didn't speak, but knew I could understand. These books helped me leave my small town and enroll in University in the capital of Russia.

According to the scientific researches, 70% of the Human Body is water. And if people can survive without food for a while, then without water the human’s life becomes absolutely impossible. The element of Water is important for us. Almost whole human’s body is just a water. This is the reason why we will be use the Kundalini Yoga Practice for working with the lymphatic system, kidneys, second chakra and sexual energy.
21st century, the third millennium, next century after “technical” one, full of inventions and world catastrophe threats. Where are we now? Every now and again each of us thinks about: What’s next? Where are we going, towards what are we moving? We’re on the edge and what always used to help doesn’t support us anymore. Religion, travelling, shopping; consumption age drove crazy half of the humankind. We’re always looking for the island of piece and quiet, harmony. And like a wayfarer wandering in the desert, where can we find the oasis of serenity?
One of the wise men said: “All the great things are simple”. We should find it inside ourselves. The era of search for knowledge, revealing secrets of life and the Universe is over. Information is everywhere, but our brain is in the informative war. And the oasis it was looking for is still undiscovered. Only releasing our mind from overabundance information helps, and each one is free to choose the path they prefer, including meditations, yoga, Reiki, astrology, Theta healing, psychotherapy, Hellinger Constellations system, Qigong, journeys to ashrams, downshifting, vegetarianism etc.
We all choose the way that sparked a desire to live, breath, create, love with all possible passion, ease, joy and fun of the world, going hand in hand with those awaken from dream of emptiness and being lost. And I’m happy to offer you with all my joy something, that kindled desire to live in me and afterwards became my life itself.

Kundalini Yoga awakens your body, mind to a deeper experience of self-knowledge, you can find static postures there as well as dynamic exercises.
Also great attention is paid to meditation and breathing techniques. Most of us are accustomed to believe that in order to calm down and come to a state of harmony one should have deep, smooth and quiet breathing, and it really helps, but there are other ways to harmonize the mind, release anxiety and nervousness. Dynamic meditation, accompanied by sharp breathing exercises, liberates mind and body from blocks and discomfort.
